TESTIMONIALS
“ The itinerary was well planned. The students enjoyed the whole day. They were enthralled with the National Gallery and very enthusiastic about the hands-on activities at the Museum of Science and Technology. The luxury coach helped make the ride relaxing and pleasurable.” - Donna M.

As Canada’s Capital, Ottawa is a city of impressive landmark architecture, national cultural institutions, visual and performing arts, festivals, activities, celebrations and ceremony. It all started with Bytown, a small settlement named for Colonel John By, the engineer who oversaw the construction of the Rideau Canal between 1826 and 1832. The canal, much of which was dug by hand, is the nucleus around which the city grew. It remains one of Ottawa's main attractions. Now the seat of Canada’s federal government, Ottawa is a city built on an intimate, human scale that makes it surprisingly accessible and easy to experience. Nestled at the junction of three picturesque rivers, the city is considered one of the world’s most beautiful capitals. The area also borders the province of Québec, creating a dynamic cultural milieu in which both French and English cultures are deeply rooted. The result is a truly cosmopolitan experience — a North American city with a distinctly European charm and flair. Add to that its clean, green natural setting and the allure of the surrounding wide-open green spaces, parks and wilderness areas and you’ve got a capital combination that attracts a multitude of students every year.
