The guide spoke to the students in French most of the time which
made our trip a true educational experience. They were able to put
into practice all they have learned in the classroom throughout
their French career. The guide wealth of knowledge certainly enhanced

As a teacher, this was the most “stress-free” trip
I’ve ever been on. There was a nice balance in activities
planned. Our guide and bus driver were exceptional. I sat back and
truly enjoyed the trip!
I never really had a chance to tell you in detail what a wonderful
trip your company arranged for us. You and all your staff are to
be commended for incredibly professional way in which you handled
the trip from start to finish. Everything that you promised was
delivered and then some. The restaurants, hotels and activities
were excellent.
I would also like to comment on your flexibility. You worked very
closely with us to make the trip happen even though we were a very
small group. You tailored the trip so that my students were both
entertained and academically challenged.
Finally, I must say what wonderful job your tour guide was. His
knowledge of the area combined with his linguistic skills made this
truly the trip of a lifetime for my students. They will not only
carry greater knowledge into the future but they will have precious
memories.

The itinerary was well planned.

When we discussed the final itinerary
with the students and their parents, they were impressed at just
how much they were receiving for their money. Not only was it Dunsmuir
school’s first trip to Quebec but neither of us had organized
a trip before. Through your positive reassurance, flexibility and
availability you considerably lessened our anxiety level.
Martin, as our enthusiastic guide, you consistently provided service
beyond expectations. You immediately “bonded” with the
students and made them feel at ease in the unfamiliar surroundings.
You made all the “hands-on” activities a lot more fun
for all of us because you took an active, leading role in them.
In the same way, you shared in the supervision of our young students
and, therefore, made the trip more enjoyable for the chaperones.
You offered many valuable insights into Quebec culture and, during
our longer bus and train rides, taught our students Quebecois songs,
told them stories and played games with them. In the end, after
you had waited two hours with us at the airport until boarding time,
we were saying good-bye to a friend.
Thank you so much for your effort and care! We sincerely recommend
MPO and would be pleased to provide a reference should you wish

This is the first time that we used MPO. Our school have used the

So often people write
letters to complain, so it is a pleasure to write you with only
compliments. We have used your travel organization on two occasions
and have been totally pleased with your outstanding service. Our
special group of basically elderly visually impaired persons was
accommodated with the forethought for their particular needs. Your
tours were designed so that we would obtain the ultimate enjoyment
and accessibility. The Quebec City tour was spectacular. People
enjoyed the descriptions presented by your tour guide and the hands-on
involvement at various museums.
There could be no greater praise than the overwhelming response
for the recent Montreal trip, which was based on my announcement,
that the same tour company that planned the Quebec City trip was
planning this trip. The Space Camp experience is still being talked
about.
We must mention the fact that your arrangements for meals had
been outstanding. Not only are they good and plentiful, but many
of them also included an interesting entertainment program.
Now, just a word about dealing with you and Monica. I have found
you both eager to help, willing to be flexible in your planning,
anxious to please our group, and willing to take the extra effort
to make your trips a memorable experience.

I accompanied the three teachers and twenty-seven students on
the trip and for me to say that I had a good time, means that the
trip went very well. The pink sheet ‘Survey Regarding Your
Trip’, we have rated everything that applied to our trip as

Just a brief note of thanks

On behalf of all the
parents and students of our 6th grade class (all five students),
thank you so very much for a wonderful experience in Montreal. We
enjoyed our two nights and three days thoroughly, thanks to your
capable organizational skills, Martin’s expert guiding, and
the city itself. Martin did a lot of work while we were there to
accommodate our last-minute requests (he kept saying that with a
group of 9, it was easy to do, but it was a lot of extra effort).
We particularly enjoyed the revolving restaurant, the fireworks,
laser tag, and the jet boats. Please use us whenever you need a
reference. I had been on a previous tour of Montreal with a school
group and another tour organization, and there was no comparison
- MPO was heads and tails above the other organization in terms
of what we got. They really worked hard to give us the best experience
possible, and we appreciate this!
